Are lead times reduced on repeat orders?

Yes. If the formula stays the same, packaging is in stock, and labels are already in house, lead times are typically reduced.In these cases, we can usually shorten production by 2 to 4 weeks compared to the original lead time.

Can you print my labels?

Yes. We have the capability to print high quality labels in a variety of finishes, including matte, gloss, transparent, and embossed.Standard label printing is included in our pricing. Specialty finishes are available upon request.

If I design my own label, can you check it for compliance?

Yes. If you design your own label, our team will review it for FDA and marketplace compliance before printing.We check required labeling elements, ingredient statements, and formatting to help prevent delays during production or issues when selling online.

Can you design my label?

Yes, we have in-house designers who create compliant, marketable labels built into your manufacturing price at a discount. Even if you provide your own design, we ensure it meets all regulatory requirements before production begins.

What is the manufacturing process?

Our manufacturing process follows six clear steps designed to keep your project simple, transparent, and on schedule.First, we review your formula and packaging and provide a clear, all in price quote. We make sure your formula is stable, effective, and ready to manufacture.Next, once your purchase order is submitted, we lock in your batch size, production timeline, and reserve all raw materials needed for your order.After that, your label artwork is reviewed for FDA and marketplace compliance. Once approved, your labels move into printing so production can begin without delays.Then, your product is manufactured and packaged in a GMP compliant facility using controlled environments and validated processes.During production, each batch is tested for GMP compliance accuracy, consistency, and packaging integrity to ensure quality at every stage.Finally, your products go through final inspection and receive Certificates of Analysis. They are then shipped to your desired location or stored at our fulfillment warehouse for easy distribution.

What if I do not know the exact formulation?

That is completely fine. You do not need a finished formula to get started.Tell us that you are open to formula recommendations, what function you want your supplement to support, and who your target customer is.If there are competitor products you like or want to improve on, send us a link to those products as well. Our team will use that information to recommend a formula that fits your goals and is ready to manufacture.

I have a low budget and want a small test run. Is NutraSeller a good fit?

In most cases, no.We work best with established brand owners or serious entrepreneurs who are ready to invest in doing things the right way. Supplement manufacturing involves formulation, compliance, testing, production, and quality control, and it is not a low cost process.To maintain our quality standards and high level of client communication, we typically work with clients who have at least $10,000 to invest in manufacturing a product.

Do you offer flavoring services?

Yes. We provide flavoring for all products that require it, including powders, liquids, and gummies.For these product types, your initial price quote includes an R and D phase. During this phase, we develop a flavor based on your requests, send samples for you to try, and make revisions if needed before production.

What type of packaging is readily available?

We offer a wide range of readily available packaging options.For powder products, we offer jars and gusset bags, both available with serving size scoops included.For solid products, we stock bottles and jars in multiple sizes in white, black, amber, and clear, with white or black lids.All bottles and jars are sealed with a tamper evident inner seal and finished with a clear protective shrink band around the lid.For single serving formats, we offer printed stick packs and sachets.For liquid products, available options include tincture bottles, standard bottles, shot bottles, and spray bottles.If you are looking for something very unique, it typically requires custom ordering, higher minimums, and longer lead times. We can assist with sourcing, or you may provide your own packaging after we confirm it is compatible with our equipment.

Can you get me the cheapest cost per unit possible?

Do you help with compliance and documentation for selling online?

Yes. We provide the documentation needed to sell your products on major marketplaces and through retail channels.This includes Certificates of Analysis, GMP documentation, and support with compliance related questions tied to manufacturing and labeling. We make sure your product is manufactured and documented correctly so you can sell with confidence.

Do you sign NDAs and protect my formula?

Yes. We are happy to sign a non disclosure agreement to protect your formula and any information you share with us.Your formulations, branding details, and project information are treated as confidential and are only used to manufacture your product.
